No, you cannot add any channels manually.

Think you may be thinking on the lines of adding satellite channels manually like on Sky Q.

 

All the channels available are listed here;

What sky product have you got? You have posted in the sky stream board and there is no manual tuning on stream, this is a satellite concept.
