Extremely disappointed

Had a call from Sky yesterday offering me a deal to come back to Stream. I originally cancelled my subscription due to very poor customer service and they didn't disappoint this time either with extremely poor customer service yet again.

 

It sounded like a lady from an overseas call centre who got in touch and offered what I considered a good deal so I accepted.

 

As it turns out the person who called didn't apply the offer to my account and didn't leave any notes on the system either and I would have been billed £28.00 for ultimate tv which is £6.00 more than the current offer and that's before the deal I had been offered was applied.

 

Someone really needs to look into what customers are being offered and make sure the customer service person is following up with what was promised.

 

I have now cancelled with immediate effect as i was due to be billed for £28.00 in a couple of days time.
