If you are a current Sky Q customer, afraid your only option is to call Sky to move to Sky Stream.

You are not able as a current Sky Q customer to order online.

You need to phone Sky to order, existing customers can't switch online, likely due to complications in the order process that invoked Sky having to cancel the satellite subscription before a Sky streaming subscription order can be placed ( as you can't have 2 Sky TV services at the same addresss).

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
