Every Stream Puck states subscription upgrades needed!

Our subscription is active and paid up to date, however all 5 of our Stream pucks states we need to upgrade on every channel.  I have factory defaulted 1 puck to no avail!  This has been in same state for 2 days.  Please help Sky. Thanks
