I have followed all the online information to get this to work but still not letting me watch the app

Have you followed all the steps in this article? Is your subscription showing in Sky Marketplace? If you sign into discovery on another device and go into account does it say "subscription managed by sky"?
If it's not showing, try the activation process again. If it is showing, you will need to ring Sky customer service as we are fellow subscribers.
