On certain programmes eg FBI, on first try, it say password entered 3 times incorrectly. I have to advise forgot password, reset and go again

@GTH007 do you mean you have to dnter your Sky PIN number? When Sky channels run programming with a higher age rating before the watershed Ofcom require them to use PIN protection. If you repeatedly enter the wrong number the system locks as it is designed to do. Check the PIN for yourcsystem and enter it correctly. If you have no children in your household and understand yhe risks set the number to something memorable.

The only password is for the WiFi connection from your router tonthe hub and is not related to the programme.

I spoke to a SKY engineer and the way to sort it is go into settings and clear all checks (eg parental controls) if none are required

This solves the issue.
