Error message 3031-Deeplink-Program

Hi,

I am trying to catch up on the latest episodes of Junior Bake Off on All4 on Sky. when i go to All4 and search it only the first 10 episodes of the new series appear. I want Ep11/12 which aired today and yesterday. When i say "Junior Bake Off" directly into the remote it shows me the new episodes but when i click on them they come up with the error message "Well this is embarrasing. Something's not working. Please Try again in a few minutes "3031-Deeplink-Program". Anyone else experienced a similar issue ? If so how do i get around this so i can watch a program i want to catch up on ?

@David164 Refreshed my apps this morning.

(Settings-System management-Resets & updates-Refresh apps)

I just left it to do its thing, came back later to find Home screen displaying.

Checked for episodes 11 & 12 of Junior Bake Off, both there and they worked!!!!

For the time being anyway😂

Hi, we're getting exactly the same problem - really annoying!!!

All4 outside SKY Stream works fine, but we then don't get ad skipping!!

Tried signing out/in several times with out any luck. Also see the same problem was around last year.

Looking forward to a fix but not holding my breath.

Someone on the Sky Glass/Live has made a discussion over there for this as well. Will try this and let you know thanks for messaging back with this info i appreciate it. Glad you have them and hopefully i can catch up tonight on the ones i've missed IF it works!!

Often this is the error message received when Sky is linking you to an episode on the Channel 4 app but Channel 4 haven't yet made the episode available to stream.
