Error code3005. Slow

Past week issues . Through Sky app: getting error 3005, unable to connect with Netflix, paramount...when cluck on Sky: all squares are blue instead of pictures, then if loads, continual interruptions. Initially problem detected through Sky app. Having been using Netflix and prime through own apps and not via Sky and appears to work.....have restarted modem, and switched system off, puck spears green, bluethen disappears, any ideas??
