Disney plus

Disney+ is included and shows as active in My Sky. My Disney+ account is already linked to Sky, but Disney+ says there is no active subscription and asks me to restart it. I’ve refreshed and restarted my Sky Stream and the problem remains. Please refresh/re-provision my Disney+ entitlement or escalate this to the Disney+/Community Messaging team. I do not want to start another paid Disney+ subscription.

I'm having this same issue and support on the phone isn't able to sort after numerous phone calls. Did you get a fix?
