Disney+ asking me to start subscription

I had Disney+ working. But today when I try to use the app I get a message saying 'unfortunately, this app doesn't support in-app sign up', with the only option to log out.

One logged out, I sign back in and the only option is to 'restart subscription'.

When I go to Disney+ on my sky stream box, it has the option to log in or 'get Disney+'

Log in just tells me the code on screen is wrong.

'Get Disney+' gives me option to 'use above email' or 'use different email'. I want to use a different email, as I had an existing Disney+ account.

When I scan the QR code, it takes me to sky.com and gives me the following message:

"You've already linked your Sky and Disney+ accounts

To start watching, open the Disney+ app on your TV and select sign in"

I'm not sure why it suddenly stopped working, and I have no idea how to get it working again. Can you help?
