Discovery+

Ok so I have a problem with this app when I sign in to my account it shows I already have discovery+ standard but when I try to watch anything on discovery plus it says I need to " upgrade to watch"  I have already tried a factory reset of my puc and still get the same message. 
How can I put this right.

I get discovery + for free as I have been a customer for 18 years. Unable to get the channel as asking to upgrade, how?
