Discovery plus

I am really frustrated that Discovery plus will not work on my Stream, I get the message "Upgrade to watch" I have an active Sky subscription and have tried everything I can find on this Forum, to no avail.

is there anyone at Sky I should contact, who may be of assistance to me.

Have you linked your Discovery+ account to your Sky account?

Yes I have, that's the annoying bit, it should work, but doesn't.

Log in to your Discovery+ account from a web browser and see if the billing has transferred to Sky.  If you previously had a TV package from another provider that gave Discovery+ , they might have highjacked it ..

Still no joy, I am hoping someone from Sky may see my plight, I was onto the chat on Discovery plus, they said my two accounts aren't linked, Sky said they are.

Non the wiser.
