Discovertplus
I have been unable to get discoveryplus since Octoberplus since as i get it free with TNT sports as anyone else had this problem as i have the puck and they stopped working and they told me my internet wasent the right speed so i have had to double my payment as any one had this problem they have never said anything about the speed befor and i have been with sky for around 30years

TNT is now part of HBO Max. Have you activated this? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-hbo-max
You also need to activate Discovery. Have you done this? You ask if anyone has the same problem but don't say exactly what your issue is. Is it an activation issue? Is there an error message etc etc? What have sky said when you have reported it to them?
Re your broadband speed, Skys "legal bit" at the bottom of the website will tell you that you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have multiple sky streaming devices.
What speed is your broadband and who is your ISP? You may have more success hardwiring your connection or using homeplugs.
