Device PIN for Sky Go

If I try to download a movie in my iPad I get a message saying I need a device PIN for Sky Go. Tried all that I can think of but can't seem to resolve it! Help!IMG_4659.png

Thanks for the response. I've tried going along that route but get stuck when promoted to enter an activation code that isn't sent to me!
