Deregister a puck
I need to deregister a puck so I can add it to my account how do I do this please sky said do it through my sky but can't find where to do it

@DarrenMarshall You should need to de-register it from your own account to add it?
Or do you mean de-register it from another users account? If so they would have needed to do that before it was passed to you.
