Re: Deleted recordings
Hi @Steve19522
Sky stream doesn't record. It points to Sky cloud recordings or the relevant catch up service for the broadcaster. It might be worth letting the community know what content this was and to see if anyone has experienced anything similar.
The other thing is to report this to sky's viewer relations team. They will investigate and feedback as necessary. Their email is viewerR@sky.uk.
Unless you are saying your entire playlist has disappeared?

Re: Deleted recordings
@Steve19522 There is a new software version (QS034) rolling out at the moment. It is possible you received the update to your pucks overnight and they need to be rebooted/restarted. This would update your playlist.
The recommended procedure to restart is to go to settings > System management > resets & updates > restart device. The screen will go blank for a couple of minutes so don't worry. The full procedure takes about 3 minutes.

Re: Deleted recordings
As suggested I rebooted the pucks and did a reset too, both these actions failed.
it was my entire list, which was substantial that disappeared over night.
tanks for your advice.

Re: Deleted recordings
Did you do a Restart or a Reset ... should been a Restart?
In what way did they fail or do you mean they worked but did not recover your playlist?
Are you referring to cloud recordings rather the on-demand on your Playlist?
They are not permanent and will be removed after a period of time😉

Re: Deleted recordings
@Steve19522 As a follow on from my previous post. Yesterday afternoon I tuned my TV on and all the programmes had dropped off my continue watching rail except for 2 Netflix programmes. I rebooted the puck and initially it didn't resolve it so I just ignored it for a while. Later I unplugged my puck for about 10 minutes and when I plugged it back in the CW rail was back to normal. This glitch was actually a bonus for me as it removed a couple of programmes that had been stuck on the rail for a few weeks.
Something worth checking is that the toggle switch for "Sky Glass Product Analytics, Personal Recommendation & Profiling" is still switched on. It shouldn't turn off with an update but I have read other cases where this has happened.
You can find this toggle switch by signing into your My Sky account and then selecting the small head & shoulder icon (top right of screen) and then select My Details > Data & Personalisation. Once on this screen (ignoring the household communication methods) I personally have everything else turned off except for the "Sky Glass Product Analytics ... etc" which is on (showing as blue toggle).
If this has turned off it will remove your CW rail.
Good luck.
