'Continue watching' rail missing

New Sky Stream user, recently upgraded from Sky+ HD.

Newbie question but where exactly do I find the 'Continue Watching' rail as I don't seem to have one?

FYI, I have the 'Enable Produce Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling' enabled in account details and I've tried a hard re-boot of the puck, which is connected to the router by ethernet, speed about 150 Mbps.

Thanks

If you have not tried already.
Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.

Yes, I've tried a restart as you've described. I've also physically unplugged it and waited a couple of mins before powering up again.

Can I confirm that the CW rail is "obvious", ie on the Home screen, near the top and labelled as "continue watching" or similar?  I don't have to dig into a menu or option to see it, do I?

Thanks

@PrettyPony

For me, right now to access the CW rail, press home, then 4 clicks down.

Re: 'Continue watching' rail missing

If you've just enabled this setting

"Enable Produce Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling" it can take a couple of days.

Re: 'Continue watching' rail missing

It wasn't showing first thing this morning but, having watched a few minutes of a couple of show, it has now appeared in the '4 clicks down' position as expected.  Excellent!

I did have the 'Enable...Profiling' setting on but did try toggling it off and on yesterday as I saw recommended elsewhere.  I've only had the puck since Wed so it may have just been the 'take a couple of days' setting kicking in.

Anyway, all good.  Thanks for your responses everyone.

One of the major apps that will not appear in the continue watching rail is any content from the Disney+ app.

That is a Disney decision, not Sky.
