I recently purchased a Samsung UE32F6000FKXXU Smart Full HD HDR LED TV in the January sales to replace ageing Panasonic TV. When I came to connect the Sky Puck to HDMI1 it showed a pixcelated picture, after restarting and retrying I connected to HDMI2, with success. The next day when I turned on the TV it returned to a picelated picture. I have restarted, reconnected multipe times, checked the Sky Puck on another older Samsung TV, changed setting on Puck to 720p as suggested by a community member and I've contacted Samsung with no success. Any ideas?
