Connect to wifi
Hi, I have just installed a new router ( not Sky) but my Sky Puck can't connect to it even though I have tried several times with the new password. The router is working as other devices have connected. Any help please, thanks

@Ian408 you've posted in the Sky landline forum. I'll move your post to the Stream forum.

Re: Connect to wifi
Hi, thanks for the reply, I have tried all these steps and still can't connect. The puck was working fine this morning until I had to swap routers . I have not touched any cables on the puck or TV so can't be any loose or incorrect connections
