Communication with Sky

I have recently swiched providers from Virgin Media to Sky Stream and I was charged a early leaving fee by Virgin, I have tried claiming this back from sky via email. Sending proof of this in the emails. Sky have not replied to my emails. Is there any other way I can contact them?
