Hi @CazEvie  The whole Chicago trio of programmes are on a mid season break.  The last episode of Fire was broadcast on 26th December in the UK but I see it has resumed in the US who are now up to Season 14 episode 13 at the moment so hopefully it won't be too long before the remainder of season 14 is broadcast in UK.

I have checked on Geektown and there is currently no update.

Well the US mid season hiatus is over and they have resumed season 14 with crossover episodes... no reason why Sky can't re-start & keep up now is there? But still no sign of season 14 resuming.

It's normal to have some extra time for a "buffer" to build before resuming new episodes. It means that the highly disruptive American practice of randomly having two weeks between episodes, which they do a lot at the drop of a hat, can be absorbed. It's not only about a mid-season hiatus. "Keeping up" would be a disaster and we'd be forced onto their awful scheduling system of constant on, off, on, off. No thanks.

Re: One Chicago, where has it gone?

They paused because of the US network paused showed it because of the Winter Olympics and Sky likes to have ax buffer of episodes to air on Sky Witness without interruption. So they've probably waited for the remaining 10-12 episodes to have aired in the us before being allowed to show it over here. But it'll be on soon given the recent promos!

Re: One Chicago, where has it gone?

I'm so annoyed, I wish they would have just waited to show the whole season rather than show a few episodes then you have to wait 4 months or more to see the rest. They used to. I've noticed they've done it with Doc as well. I've stopped watching most shows now cos of this. I'll just wait until they have the full episodes available to watch. The least Sky could do is have a note on programme details with proposed schedule/huge gaps lol

Chicago Fire Season 14

Hi. I keep getting notifications about new episodes in season 14. I can only get episodes 1-7 but nothing further! It's getting really annoying now. Why are new episodes not showing other than season 12?

Sky hasn't broadcast all of Season 14 yet. They started the season earlier this year, then as usual for US shows it went on a midseason break around December time. Seemingly Sky are waiting for the remainder of the season to air in the US before finishing it off with no breaks required. It wouldn't surprise me if the 3 Chicago shows returned with new episodes sometime in April/May

Hi @CazEvie If you haven't discovered it yet there is an excellent site called Geektown.  You can sign up for free and then tag any programmes you are interested in and you get email notification of any updates and broadcast schedule. I currently have about 30 programmes tagged.

Geektown is currently showing the Chicago trio of programmes as "No exact date/time - Spring 2026".  seeing as we are in spring hopefully they will broadcast soon.  The messages you are seeing refer to the US broadcast.  I get the notifications pinging up on my phone through Google as well..

Re: One Chicago, where has it gone?

Why start to follow the US scheduling now? They never used to do series breaks in the UK, we just got them later and we're able to  build into the series and watch in one 20+ episode season.

I am bored of watching 5 episodes, waiting 3 months for another 6, and then another 6 weeks for the final installments!

But then other new series, they put 2 or 3 seasons back to back..... I was relieved when The Cleaning Lady finished, so much so that I nearly stopped watching it mid way through, except there was nothing else to watch as anything good is on a break, and the only other things are re-runs.... AGAIN!

Yes, the American system is abominable, hence my comments in this post .

I agree, i'd rather wait several months until they can show a season in its enitrely with no breaks, however Sky seem to get critisicm whichever way they do it so they can't win whichever approach they decide to take.
