Checking upgrade on screen
How do I get rid of a big square saying checking upgrade in the middle of my screen? Can get all programs but can't see any of them for this big square. 😩

Messages like that are almost always generated by a smart television set rather than a Sky device, and have to be actioned or dismissed using the television set remote rather than a Sky handset.
