I jave just been charged by Netflix,  and was told by tbe sales person that my sky subscription would include Netflix in tbd price, how do I resolve this? Do I just cancel Netflix subscription?

Did you follow the instructions to link your existing Netflix account to Sky?

It's signing into the Netflix app on the Stream puck using the current Netflix username (email address) and password which generates the instruction for Netflix to suspend direct billing and take the subscription from Sky instead.
