Charge for using at different address

It's now the second time I have received the email from sky about using my services at another address. All my devices are at my address on the same network and now they are adding the £26 to my bill. It's a bit of a joke as I've done all the pictures as asked to prove my services are all here yet sky are doing a poor job at sorting it.

Anyone any advice before I just scrap it.
