The last post was closed by Sky employee as resolved by a Glass update. my post related to Sky Strean on the puck so still an issue without resolution. the App will not open so only able to watch live C4 to - an issue since last August.

Have you tried the app reset suggested for those still seeing this regularly? I occasionally get the green loading circle of doom on the app but the next time I try it, it's fine without any action being taken.
