Hi I have no sound on channel 5. Done all the unplug and that no sound for 2 days now. All other channels are OK.

Is this on the live channel stream or on the My5 app?
Try toggling the different audio outputs from the puck audio settings - switch between PCM, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital+ and see if that does anything.
Also give the puck a reboot - turn off at the wall for a few mins then power it back on.

@Padam_Padam thanks for the info I did reboot the puck buy made ni difference changed sound settings worked straight away. Thanks
