Cant rest pin with my details

Setting up a new puck and can't seam to get past forgot my pin

Your pin will be the last four digits of your mobile number, you entered when you ordered your Sky Stream.

If you forget your pin, you will have to enter the last four digits of your bank account number, that your oredered your Sky Stream with or your Sky direct debit.

If you do reset your pin, using forgot your  pin and that showed as successful online, wait at least ten minutes before trying the new one you have set
