Hello @WillT72,
Let's troubleshoot the Sky Q issue together.
Since you've already tried restarting your Sky Q box and router multiple times, and the issue persists even when using the Sky Q app directly, here are a few potential causes and solutions:
Internet Connection: Although your broadband seems to be working fine on phones and iPads, ensure that your router is connected to the internet and that the Sky Q box is properly connected to the router.
Sky Q Box Software: It's possible that the Sky Q box software is outdated or corrupted. Try checking for any software updates or resetting the box to its factory settings.
HDMI Connection: If you're using an HDMI connection, try swapping the HDMI cable or using a different HDMI port on your TV.
Sky Q App Issues: If the app isn't working on your devices, try uninstalling and reinstalling it or checking for any updates in the app store.
Server-Side Issues: Sometimes, Sky's servers can be down or experiencing issues. You can check Sky's status page or social media for any reported outages.
To further troubleshoot, can you tell me:
What's the exact error message on your Sky Q box?
Have you made any recent changes to your setup or router?
Are you using a Wi-Fi or wired connection for your Sky Q box?
Let's get your Sky Q up and running again!

Best Regards,
Henry Cowan

This has nothing to do with Sky Q. The customer has Sky Stream which is a completely different system. Are you some kind of AI bot?

What speed is actually being received by your pucks? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu at the top left and run a network check. You need a bare minimum of 25Mbps on each puck, constantly, in order for the service to function.
