Hi
I have been trying to activate my second sky stream puck.
i am unable to get into the sky.com/activate page to input the code given by the puck.
i am logged into sky account but it keeps saying "oops something went wrong"
I have tried resetting the puck but it will not work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirstly worth checking you account and making sure that Whole Home is showing as added, as its your second puck.
If it is then the only other option would be to phone Sky. You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
