Cancelling UHD/Dolby add on

I can't see to find how to cancel the UHD add on, in the MySky app. It just says finishing on the 10th March with no option to stop.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hey,

 

If you login to the mysky app and press "Your Products" > "Mnage home set-up" > "UHD & Doblby Atoms" Click remove UHD & Dolby Atoms then it will delete after the current month is over. If you have problems still best to phone stream team and they will be able to remove it from your account but normally when you cancel you get the whole month and the new month it won't be there, hope this helps. 🙂
