Cancelling Sky Stream - Sky Q
Hello, I've had Sky Q for 3 years and love it, but found it was getting too expensive.
I decided to cancel last week, and switch to Stream as I could get a similar package for cheaper. It's only been a few days but can't get on with it. How easy would it be to switch back to Q? (I still have the dish and Q box plugged in)

You will need to contact Sky directly to do this @Rhyan881

@Rhyan881 To answer your question - very easy, what will not be as easy is the price you pay for Q. Call them

Re: Cancelling Sky Stream - Sky Q
@Rhyan881 As above, however you have only had it a week and you get over 4 weeks where you can swap back. I felt a little like you coming from SkyQ as it is just such a different system and setup but after a few weeks I began to get used to it and I watched all the user guides they provide, and now there is no way I would go back to SkyQ. Obviously it is up to you but my advice is to stick with it a little longer before jumping ship.
