Cancelled Whole Home

Just cancelled whole home but keeping 1 puck that cost me £39 the 2nd didn't cost me anything, it's active until 20/08/24, I know after that date it'll be dead, will I have to send it back to Sky? Thanks

If you started your Sky Stream contract after February 2023 then yes, the puck will need to be returned to Sky as they were all loaned to customers after that date.

Yes it was 20/7/24, will Sky send me a package to send it back as with Q?

All the informatuon for returns is in the link below;

 

Expect Sky will text or email you when they want you to return it and will then send out some packaging.

Have a look in the Message section under account in the  MySky app or web based MySky.

 

You can if you wish using the instructions send the puck back early, using your own packaging if you wish.

                                 I think I will send it back early, don't use it as 🍏 tv is in the same room, ie kitchen, miles quicker

Probably best not to: until Sky has requested its return the hardware risks disappearing into the black hole they use as a logistics hub.
