Cancallation

I've accidentally cancelled my account by resetting my puck, yesterday I was on the phone for 6 hours trying to get it reconnect, the man on the phone told me it should be back up and running today how long does it take? I've been without sky since Monday.

@Lizanne  As you may know we are just customers like yourself.  We have no access to your system and it would be difficult to advise without that, unfortunately I can only recommend you persevere with ringing Sky.
