Can’t load channels

It says 

Please wait for your programme to load. For a while. While the programme is on. And then screen goes off the programme to the home page but continues to play the programme behind it and says there is a technical fault with the channel. But it’s all channels.

What broadband speed is reaching your puck? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run the network check.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Clonker1 reboot the device by unplugging it for a minute and see if that helps.
