Can’t find welcome offer information

When I signed up to sky stream, the women on the phone said that I should get a month free of sky movies and sky sports but I cannot find how to activate this anywhere. Anyone had experience of this or am I best phoning up?

You don't activate it, it would activate itself but if you only wanted them for a month you would need to phone Sky to give the 31 day cancellation notice on day 1 so you don't get charged for the second month.

 

If you go into your My Sky account it will give you details of exactly what you have subscribed to and your bills will tell you what you are being billed for. Also when you ordered you should have got confirmation so exactly the packages and prices you were agreeing to.
