Hello 👋 I'm hoping someone can help.
I've moved to a new flat recently and unable to get broadband so I have an ee 4g router.
I have got sky stream but can't connect been on to there helpline for 1h30 today still couldn't solve it.
I have reset the puck, updated the puck but nothing works. Tried to connect via ethernet and it connects to router but not the Internet says retrying but nothing happens.
Is it the 4g router as I've noticed I can't connect to nord vpn when I'm at home.
On the call sky said about connecting to a mobile hotspot but I tried on my Samsung and couldn't get it to work.
