I have been trying for the past two days to rejoin Sky. I cancelled my Sky Stream because I was travelling fror three months. The contact centres are a nightmare as I have been asked, numerous times, to repeat everything and spell things out. I advised I simply wanted to rejoin and eventually the agent (after going through numerous questions) advised that I had to call another number and they would help me rejoin. After calling that number, and pressing so many buttons to get the the correct person, the recorded message advised that they would send me a link for me to rejoin on line. Given that I've already spent many hours going through every single option on the website, due to the difficulty of getting anywhere on the phone, the website does not allow you to rejoin as a recently previous customer, nor as a new customer, and directs you to use the same number as I used initially. My only option now is to forget about oining Sky. This has been a fruitless exercise in setting up a service to give money to a business. Talk about useless... another company's use of technology to prevent decent customer service.

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
