My Stream puck updated to this build a day or two ago and I've had glitches that I've not experienced before. I've had a couple of live programs freeze or pixelate for a bit and sometimes the puck actually crashes. This all while my connection is perfect and fast 148mbps.
Also last night whilst watching a film on Netflix when I rewound and played again it made the screen flash and show some screen graphics on and off when it shouldn't. Really weird and again only since this build version was applied. I had to reboot the puck not just exit the Netflix app to resolve.
Anyone else with similar problems?

The image freezing, pixelating, going black and the occasional non response from the remote has happened a few times over a couple of days since this update even though I've rebooted / pulled power cable out a few times. So no, rebooting hasn't helped. It's not always doing this just randomly on few channels I've had playing. But enough recently to make me suspect this latest update. Though watching a film on prime video on the puck worked without issue this evening. As I say I've only experienced these issues since this .521 update. The previous QS30.xxx.00P was fine.

Try the restart option in the settings.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

I've already done a reboot that way too.
It's a software issue introduced in this last update.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOne of the features of this Q30 release, is LIve sync.
Have you been trying it?
Have noticed it does seem to add a few Mbps extra on usage per each puck, maybe have more of an impact for lower speed supplied devices.
Do wonder if the live sync is also doing a bit of extra pre caching in the background that maybe is not getting released well.
Suppose we will have to see as more customers get the release.
Your overall speed you mention above should be enough, if your household is not overly busy draining all your bandwidth on other devices.
What does the Netflix network test show per each puck?

Live Sync? Nope not aware of it. Is it something only if you have more than one puck in the house? I've only got one.

It's the new low latency for Sky Sports, appearing as an option button, next to the Watch from Start option button, to launch low latency 'live sync' on the Sports channels, first use with the Q30 release on Sky Sports Main event channel;
Sky Sports Main Event soon to be available in Low Latency

- Sky Sports Main Event viewers will soon be able to watch the channel in Low Latency, reducing the time between the action on the pitch and watching on your Sky Glass or Stream. Latency has been reduced by over 20 seconds, which means you can now watch your favourite sports faster than many other streaming services.
- Sky Sports Main Event viewers will be able to watch sports in Low Latency over the coming months, before being rolled out to other Sky Sports channels this year.
Oh right yeah the low latency feature.
I've not got sky sports package on my stream.
