Bluetooth speaker control reset

Setting up my sky puck and remote I linked it to my Bluetooth speaker to control volume.

this stops me controlling the volume of the TV and is a waist of time so I want to un-link it from the speaker.

I've tried the button press combinations but no matter what I do it still controls the speaker.

does anyone know how to delete this link so it stops controlling the speaker?

thanks

Hi @PtheD

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.

Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.

Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue and then follow the on screen instructions.

Re: Bluetooth speaker control reset

I had this problem after setting my Panasonic soundbar to control its volume with the Sky Stream remote. Resetting the remote with 7 & 9 did not work and I could no longer adjust my LG TV volume from the Stream remote.

After several hours and one new remote later I found the solution which worked on my setup. I first reset the TV code by answering NO to all 24 codes offered and then selecting a model number from the offered list which was closest to my TV. This reset the volume to work with the Sky remote but then would not turn the power on or off. Going back into remote setup and choosing the first option that was offered reset the remote to control the TV perfectly.
