Can you confirm where you are having issues? Sky Stream / Glass dont download they stream content from sky's servers. Are you using Q or Sky Go?
In any case, the best course of action is to report issues like this to Skys viewer relations team who will investigate. Their email address is viewerr@sky.uk.
