Billing
Hi there I have just came to sky and my sky stream box has not been activated yet till the 19th and yous have tried to take money out my bank already and my router is not even here yet why is this if you could get back that would be great

You're just talking to fellow customers on here. You'll need to ring Sky if you want to discuss any refunds.

When was the stream puck delivered?
The service is either activated when the puck is setup or 21 days after delivery whichever comes first.
