Background noise on stream

Can anyone help as tried to find a solution here but can't,

I left sky glass as tbh it's not with it.

Gone to sky stream and the is like some sort of weird background noise when the main sound is quit.

its like. Muffled sound and very irritating.

you get a  silent section but can hear some sort of weird sound in the background.

this is on all channels not just sky channels.

i know it's sky because if i watch  via my sony Bravia and via soundbar through normal tv or catch up channels it's not there.

just when watching via the stream box.

relly confused.

i use gold plated hdmei leads and always have done but no issues until i had stream.

Not heard of this type of issue before. Curious.
