I've noticed that and thought I was going mad. It's almost as if it keeps playing in the background.

The idea behind Stream is in this modern age to use apps from broadcasters to be all in one place. Which in principle is great, the problem is a lot of theses apps are very poor and clunky. Even if you have a fast broadband speed. Not just the BBC there are very few apps that are very good.

@Deedee36 it's a new phenomenon so I'm guessing it's a glitch within the iPlayer app.
