You can't, it's the way the BBC have set it up @Gracol

Re: BBC iPlayer niggle

Are you sure?

It doesn't happen on a pc.

There is a question on the iplayer help page from somebody who had the problem on a tv and answer suggested it was
" a device storage problem on the TV, which clears out the stored sign-in data automatically" .
Could it be the same problem on the puck?

Re: BBC iPlayer niggle

I've left  Sky so I can't test this. I have the same niggle with my Firestick but if I use the voice search for a BBC programme it goes straight in avoiding the login. Might the same with Stream.

Unfortunately not. Searching displays the result in Skys interface and then clicking watch opens iPlayer and you have to select the user.

Good to know re fire stick tho.

Re: BBC iPlayer niggle

This problem applies to Stream.

And to Firestick but there is a way to avoid it.
It doesn't apply to Iplayer on my Windows PC or my Samsung tablet or to the app on my Panasonic TV.

It does apply to the last three if you log out.

So maybe Stream automatically logs you out when you leave.
