Audio issue for 1 program
We are trying to watch "a thousand blows" on Disney+ via sky Puck. The audio is not working properly, there's a constant beeping sound and then it will go crackly and really loud crackly noises. The audio is also really quiet.
Checked the audio on disney+ via ps5 for that program and it works fine, other shows on other apps on sky Puck work fine, other programs on disney+ via Puck work fine. It only seems to be this program on this set up. No idea what could be causing the issue or how to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?

Could you go to your sound settings on Sky and let us know what the settings are please?
Also please could you share if you have a soundbar or anything similar please?
I don't have a D+ subscription at the moment to test the show, but perhaps someone else could do that and report back too. It's possible that it's encoded wrong and other devices load a different version of the video.

My audio is set to auto and 0ms delay. Only using the tv speakers we have no sound bar or anything else like that.

@TashaAnn if it only affects one title you can teport the issue to Sky's viewer relations team by emailing viewerR@sky.uk who will pass it in tonDisney. Temporarily switching to PCM audio may sort the issue.
