We've been trying to watch films lately via Sky Stream and the Audio Description keeps turning on for films only and we can't seem to turn it off?
We've checked the settings and the Audio Description is turned off in there. When pressing the 3 dots on our remote, it doesn't give us any options, only the option to search. We have no questions mark on the remote to press.
We've restarted via the stream box and we've turned it off at the mains.
Were not sure what to do? We've literally pressed every button on the remote and checked everywhere on sky but we can't seem to find the issue?
It's only happening when we're trying to watch films.
Anyone got any ideas?
