Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis past few days I've noticed any app based watched stuff ie iPlayer itv x ch 4 on the continue watching rail seems to have a bit of a delay in moving along the rail.This seems to range anything from 5 minutes to about 25 minutes.
Has anyone else noticed this?
If so can you please report here

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYep.
We also have the issue of the episode we've just finished staring to play again rather than the next one; when we use CW.
I don't bother using Stream for iplayer at all now, overall it's too clunky for my liking, the app on the TV is much better.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi @Deedee36
Thanks for making us aware of this issue.
@Deedee36 @Skull+Treaty @Jporch316 Can I ask if you've seen this with non-app content?

Just thought I'd test with these two progs on iPlayer and ITVx and on exiting both the apps, my continue watching rail was populated correctly immediately.

As above on exiting both apps, continue watching rail updated immediately.

The issue seems to be when you finish watching a show, not just dipping in and stopping midway through.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOdd, even with ff those I tested earlier to end and same for the two Sky Atlantic On demand ones, it drops back to the ones I had previously in continue watching from yesterday that are not yet finished, as expected.
So all those I tested earlier have gone from my continue watching, now watched.
Not something I have noticed before, but for both series and films, Netflix app does not show the viewed timeline on its continue watching tile, as all the other apps and On demand do.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI've noticed this particularly on iPlayer and 4 programmes. It's not a big issue, as others have mentioned if you check back a little later the problem has sorted itself out.
