A problem started a couple of months ago. Avter viewing a programme on Apple pressing the home screen resulted first in a black screen which then turned red pressing the home button again then led to the puck locking forcing me to re boot.
The issue is on all Apple TV programmes but alson now the new season of Slow Horses I can only stream the sound there is no picture.
I have reinstalled Apple, my screen resolution in settings is fine. I have updated the Apple App. Unplugged HDMI cables tried a different HDMI port. Spoken to Sky technical help who said it was an Apple problem and to contact them.
Is there anything left that I should try?
