When watching an episode it will not show up on continue watching rail, have to open Prime app to watch next episode.

So Prime is working, your issue was reported yesterday in another discussion. Sadly there's been no replies to that discussion😟

I have pulled out for 5 minutes and reset puck back to factory settings still the same problem, programme stays on continue watching row will not load next episode been like that for a week
