@JB821982 Hi, if you haven't tried this already, go to Settings, System management, Resets & updates, and select App refresh. This does take a few minutes so wait until you are returned to the Home Screen. It is not essential but after I have done that I go straight back in but this time select Restart, again wait for it to reset and return you to the Home Screen and see if that sorts it out. I hope so.
